The woman who “helped” me was so rude it was actually comical that she had bible verses printed and hanging up in her work area. Both she and the man working next to her talked to me like I was stupid for asking how to locate lost mail that said it had been delivered to my address, which doesn’t seem like too crazy of a request. I left feeling more confused and frustrated than when I went in.
