There is a sign on the door that says they accept walk-ins. The employee was rude when I requested a photo and insisted I should have made an appointment. The photo was blurry and my photo was rejected for my passport form.

Despite this, the staff wasted no time allowing me to fill out an application and getting my application completed snd my picture taken very quickly! Wendy & Chapel were especially helpful, being very caring, polite, and helpful in answering any questions I had. I recommend this location to anyone needing passport services (but make an appointment if you can)
