- RSRobert SteinbornFeb 6, 20261.0I took my package into this location. And personally I’ll never be back . I had a package labeled ground but they couldn’t ship it because the box said priority . Which is how it was delivered. I reasoned with that and started looking at boxes to see if I could just change the box and they made it a point to tell me they won’t even take it up that I had to buy the tape also. Normally I wouldn’t complain but my local post office never told me when my package wasn’t taped that I had to buy tape. My point is customer service is everything. And we have to ship regardless but I think usps could work on helping customers ship package with out making them buy every little thing. The state part was crazy.

All of the clerks were really nice and welcoming. We had clerk 22 (don’t remember their name) and they were so helpful and patient. We recently had a really bad experience at a different USPS trying to get a passport and will say it is worth driving to the further one for the amazing staff. If you need a passport this is the USPS to go to.
