The self-serve kiosk (critical for those who work during normal postal hours and may need service outside that window) is frequently down. It has been down for over a month for the most recent stretch. There has been a sign on the front door addressing an issue with the door for over a year now. This could very well be an issue with federal funding, but just as easily could be an issue with management at this branch. I have no way to verify the root cause, and I'll assume positive intent on the part of the staff, but it's frustratingly and consistently not working. For an agency saddled with debt, you would think you would want to maximize the most efficient and least labor-intensive way in your building to collect money
