There's one lady there whom every time I'm in the post office. She's working going above and beyond her job duties. She makes the long wait bearable. And there's a manger/ supervisor whose a perk, he locks the doors for closing even when there's still 15-20 minutes before closing time.

We haven't had mail delivery in over 2 weeks. They want you to go to the Greenwood Road office and wait for more than 2 hours to maybe get your mail. And then those that have p.o. boxes can't get to them due to the parking lot being constantly packed. But then after it's closed, they lock the doors. So again, no mail for two weeks. Something needs to be done ASAP!

Worst Post Office in Louisville. 5 inches of snow 2 weeks ago completely stopped mail service in PRP. I have package and letters out there in limbo. Somehow school buses are able to travel and people can go to work, everyone except postal employees seem to manage a little snow.

Absolutely the most incompetent post office I've ever been forced to use. There is no accountability within the entire USPS structure. I've not received mail in almost 3 weeks. I went into to pick my mail up and the parking lot was full, with the line was wrapped around with people waiting to do the same. I waited in line for over 3 hours tdfor them to tell me I don't have any mail, even though I've had mail scanned in practically every day on informed delivery. When I told her this, she then said he may be out with your mail to deliver it today. I said that doesn't make sense, 1. There is nothing that has changed about the conditions of my street to NOW warrant him to deliver mail, unless he just decided he didn't want to do it (because my street has been entirely clear and is done by the HOA). And 2. I purposely put a hold mail request on my mail last week after not getting some important mail and expecting more important mail to come and I didn't want to have to deal with wondering where it is also. She said, I don't even know if they've been getting the hold mail requests. She goes back and checked and said, no, there is no hold mail request for you. USPS is horrible in general, but this one is the absolute worse. If you know your incompetent/unreliable mail carriers have not been delivery mail, forcing people to come in and pick it up, you'd think they'd have a better system in place. I have no idea where my mail is and USPS doesn't either!

Locking your doors more than 10 minutes before you close because the post office hasn’t been delivering anyone’s mail and you don’t want to stay late to help you customers is extremely poor service and business practice. The clerk Debby is the only good thing about this location. There is never parking, there is always an insane line, and they don’t have a self-service station for people who print labels at home and simply want a receipt to prove drop off/USPS possession. The USPS needs to SERIOUSLY overhaul this location and improve the experience for residents of this area. Closing early as a government business because you have a long time is insanity.
