Third time I've made a passport appointment and they've canceled day of. Would have been nice to know they just don't do them instead of the bait and switch so I could go somewhere else. At least I got a voicemail this time!

Clerk Erich Coleman is rude and treats certain customers awful! He is unhelpful and likes to make customers unhappy. He has been transferred from St. Mathews branch to the Middletown branch and now to the Jeffersontown branch. He's going to run out of branches of the post office to be transferred to if he keeps treating people poorly and not abiding by government rules and regulations. He's absolutely horrible!Gives the post office a bad name! 😤😡😠🤬👎👎👎👎👎

I just moved here, and was happy to wait in line to mail my Mom's birthday card. The person's only response was you don't have a card for 78 cents? I brought cash because I thought a purchase under one dollar would be easier. She said no I do not have access to the drawer, then proceeded to open it and give me change. ?? Hoping the card is mailed to my Mom. I did thank her.
