The employee at the counter refused to assist me, claiming she could not check. Today, when I insisted on speaking to the manager, she finally went to look — and the letter was indeed there. What’s even more frustrating is that she lied to the supervisor, saying she had already checked during my previous visits, which is completely untrue.
