    I went in completely lost with Amazon returns but the wonder Jonathon went above and beyond to help me out . I left so happy and grateful for such a great experience. I’ve always gotten efficient, good service here but today was really great .

    5 stars? Yep. Let me count the ways: 1) Genuinely nice customer service people (noooo attitude); 2) Expedited service (I'm usually in and out in 5-10 minutes); 3) Efficiency (the printed receipts offer a lot of solace that my package is going where it should be going); 4) Fair prices (yes, packaging can be expensive most anywhere, but this UPS Store recently charged me half for a box that their next door neighbors @ Staples were charging); 5) Takes care of their customers. Recently, I returned a package from this location only for it to wind up in UPS Never Never Land. UPS and the company I was sending it back to essentially told me I was responsible for fixing the issue. However, Stephenie @ this store, listened to my problem and gave me an angle to try that got the situation fixed quickly. That alone may have earned my loyalty forever. This place is good stuff.

    I love my local UPS store! As a small business owner, they help with all my printing and shipping needs, and I am always grateful for their amazing customer service. Stephanie (store manager) is incredibly lovely -- as is the entire staff. Walking in the store customers are greeted with kindness, solutions and genuine care. I won't go anywhere else!
