When we started using them $5 per package to pick up, that was reasonable. It is now up to $20. Having already paid a shipping fee, they charge this ridiculous price. If you do not want people using you just say so. If it’s a donation, like we are always told, ask for one don’t demand one. We have found a ups access point via cvs that is free and friendly✌🏻

I went to do a return and as I went in, there was a tall Caucasian man with glasses standing in the front, I was not greeted, but the person that came in after me was greeted. I didn't think anything of it until it was my turn to be serviced. Yet again, I was not greeted nor spoken to when I walked up and instead of telling me where to put my return, he pointed to it, yet still, no words. I got my receipt and proceeded to walk out as I heard him happily greet the next person behind me, so this visit left me feeling very bad and off and I know that what I experienced and felt afterwards is not deceiving me. If I'm not mistaken, this is the same worker that told me they no longer had a recycling bin for me to put my box in and that I had to take it with me. I'm not sure if this is a new policy, but I would like this addressed.
