I went in a couple days ago to drop off a package that I was forced to use UPS for. I just simply asked the clerk if my tracking had the minimal insurance on it. Because it’s the holiday season and things can happen. All he could be bothered to tell me is “I don’t know.” While shrugging his shoulders. And not even looking me in the eyes. Forgive me for trying to give your raggedy behind my business. This is case in point why I despise using UPS. If it’s not a package issue the service is deplorable. This is why I adamantly refuse to do business with them unless forced to. You don’t have to necessarily love your job to do it right. My buyer didn’t pay with an empty debit card so the least that could’ve been done is. Address your lack of knowledge and then politely ask another person who may know. Or use the computer next to you to look it up. Whoever was the clerk needs to be FIRED. If you can’t be bothered to do the minimum then you don’t need the job. Period.

When we started using them $5 per package to pick up, that was reasonable. It is now up to $20. Having already paid a shipping fee, they charge this ridiculous price. If you do not want people using you just say so. If it’s a donation, like we are always told, ask for one don’t demand one. We have found a ups access point via cvs that is free and friendly✌🏻
