- MMMMOct 19, 20251.0Shipper beware. This location charged me $3 to print a UPS shipping label even though UPS website itself was having issues with sending the label to the printer. Very poor customer service. Would not recommended. Nickel and dime location, recommend to stay away.

However, I had an Amazon Return. A FREE Return mind you. I have worked in Ecommerce for over 10 years also. When I brought the product in, the UPS lady tried to charge me $15 for a box. Amazon was clear that a box was not required in my return instructions. Even still, had the box been a realistic price I would have bought it, but excuse me $15 for ONE BOX is beyond price gouging! I know 100% that you buy a whole pack of boxes for that price. I can also venture to Walmart and buy the biggest box ever for less than $4. So keep this in mind. Don't pay that price! I walked next door and asked for a spare, recycled box from the grocery store. No one should ever be charged $15 for ONE BOX. Shame Shame SHAME ON YOU!!!!
