Didn’t get there in time, said UPS tried to deliver but didn’t, it was a residential address and no record of attempt on tracking. I asked for Sherry the owner to call me, she must have enough business because she didn’t bother. When I went in to ask about it the staff called Sherry who wasn’t there, she said she had nothing to tell me so she wouldn’t be addressing my request for a phone call back. There are so many other places to drop off and use for shipping services, CVS, Whole Foods and other UPS stores. Maybe this attitude is why UPS is laying people off? Sherry doesn’t care!! Beware!
