  Terrible customer service by the “owner” Aaron Johnson. They shipped my old iPhone that was suppose to go to T-Mobile facility in Dallas to an Amazon facility in Indy. Right of the bat Aaron didn’t seem interested in helping fix this or help figure out what happened. Accused us of “giving incorrect stories” and said my husband was at fault because we couldn’t remember who my husband talked to when he dropped off the package on 1/14. Today is 2/25. Didn’t want to help at all. Based on other reviews sounds like this is typical for this store losing packages.

  Moses had excellent customer service. He helped me print a label and get a packaged shipped. He went out of his way. Awesome guy!

  Last Sunday my husband and I stopped by at the Outer Loop location for passport photos, it wasn’t the first time we use this store for that service, this time the lady who took the photos took around 6 or 7 shots making my husband uncomfortable for the delay, we needed 4 pictures, since we know they sell sets of 2 photos my husband told the lady he needed 4 pictures., it took longer than usual to get them but finally we got them, pay and left, as we get home we checked the envelope, and realized she gave us 4 sets of 2 pictures instead of 4 pictures “ uncut”, when one of the most important things on this pictures is the measurements they are cut off and charged us over $80 , drove around 25 mins back to the store, I told a guy about what happened, he was nice and totally understood what Inwas saying but this blond Cuban lady even though she was taking care of another customer jump into the conversation almost yelling and trying to blame us for the situation, she insisted that a set of 2 pictures she DIDNT CUT counted as 1 copy, the fact that they were uncut didn’t meant they were a single photo, I explained to her in both Spanish and English languages but she insisted I was wrong, I got a refund for the 2 extra sets of photos but when I asked them to please cut the photos on the specific measurements they said they couldn’t, that only the owner could do that, I think I should gotten a discount for that, we felt tired and overwhelmed whit the situation, and left,,, I know they can do better but this lady was absolutely unprofessional, rude and without any common sense, we are not going back to that location, they need to make sure they’re hiring the right people to take care of the customers
