I’ve come here for years the week before graduation to print out my classes certificates but this time they were out of the paper that I typically use. The printing center apologized and sent me on my way. Steven stopped me on my way out and asked what type of paper I was looking for, and seemed very hopeful that he could find me a solution. He walked my daughter and I (which he was very kind to) back to all the paper and explained to me the different weights as well as the best paper for certificates. I left with exactly what I needed to get my certificates taken care of in time and maybe even an upgraded to their presentation! Thank you again Steven, you’re a gem in a world where customer service standards are avalanching quickly.
