Did not have anything I needed despite checking the website previously. Several sections of the store blocked off. I needed to make copies and they all printed yellow and gross. Complete waste of time

The staples staff and specifically the print manager at this location really came through and helped me during a work emergency. They went above and beyond and really jumped in to assist in a very stressful situation. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

I recommend doing your Amazon returns somewhere else. The way the have it set up for that is confusing and annoying (sign says go to the right around this long barrier but they want you to go to the left of the long barrier, stand in the checkout line, THEN walk around the long barrier again, then walk back around the long barrier if you want to leave when they could remove part of the barrier near the counter so you could walk two steps to the right just like the cashier does and they seem oblivious that the signage is confusing and this setup is absurd).

I created two photo posters 24“ x 18“ And needed same-day printing. I paid an extra five dollars for rush printing. This Staples on Bardstown Road in Louisville Kentucky got them both done Hours before they were promised, and they were great quality, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely use them again. They really came through.
