It was in its original packaging but I was told they couldn’t ship it. That’s one star taken. The other 2 are for the guy with the locs. His customer service skills are garbage. The woman in front of me was nice and like myself, couldn’t understand why her package couldn’t be shipped. The way he explained it to her was so rude. The woman who helped me was playing telephone through him on why my package couldn’t be shipped so it only made half since but I decided to let it go before he came back to rudely explain it to me. The woman who helped me suggested I either come back tomorrow or go to UPS so I’ll go to UPS as suggested.
