    I ordered a $1500 IKEA couch that they said I had to be home to sign for delivery. RXO dropped it off at wrong address and left. No signature I guess. Now saying will have to review it. Hey I got an idea, call the driver have him do his job correctly and go back get it take it to the correct address. Horrible customer service.

    I live in KY and this guys calls me from a New York number which filters as a spam. And they said that no one was home and could not be delivered. If you are going to call me from a weird number text me first at least.

    The people that delivered my washer and dryer looked professional and were friendly, but they did not check things out before they left. They did not turn the water back on and check their connections. They just plugged it in and check to see if it lit up. When we turned the water on, we found multiple leaks that I needed to address. They brought new water lines, but used the old ones instead of installing the new ones. One of the old ones ended up having a bad washer seal, so I installed the new ones they left.
