- AKAaron K1 day ago1.0I was supposed to get my order from IKEA on 2/26. I was notified the day before that they were not able to do that shipment and I would need to reschedule. I contacted RXO through their support chat and their representative told me per IKEA policy I need contact IKEA to reschedule. I call IKEA and was told they don't know why it was delayed and it shows RXO received the package on 2/24. The IKEA representative rescheduled delivery for 2/27. I get a text from RXO confirming delivery for 2/27. Then on 2/26 I get a text from RXO saying my delivery is now confirmed for 3/01. Then on 2/28 I get another text now saying my delivery is confirmed for 3/02. I contact customer support again and they tell me the reason it's delayed is because they are at capacity, and I ask the representative if they can see any reason it might be delayed again and she assured me that she sees no reason for further delays. Now today I received yet another notice of delay and my shipment is now confirmed for 3/03. It is extremely frustrating to have to tell my work I need to work out of office just to be told by RXO theres another delay and that they don't see any reason it will be delayed again.
