They send you to jobs and do not give directions on where you go for your job, and no instructions on dress code, you show up to job and get sent home instead, then don't get paid. They are a waste of your time!!

I've been desperate for a job for awhile now and Lisa (I believe that is her name) helped me right away on finding me something. She was nice, funny, and patient with me. I went from being unemployed to having a job to go to in a couple of days. So far I'm giving this place 5 stars; not sure if my mind will change once I've been working with them for awhile but I'm just grateful that because of PeopleReady, I now have a job. Thank you Lisa!

Will try to rush you off the phone and speak to you like a child as if you’re wrong for asking a question or trying to understand something. I almost didn’t go to my assignment that’s how rude it was. But I guaranteed one of the polite women in the office that I would be there everyday and on time so I still went. But that one woman seems to be immediately in defense mode the moment you say something. Or if you call, it’s like she gets upset. There’s a better way to speak to people. I’m still in disbelief. I actually spoke to another worker and they immediately knew who I was talking about. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. And to read reviews and see the same thing I’m saying speaks volumes. Listen to the calls. Maybe some tips on better customer service on things that can be better. It’s unacceptable
