I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that helped me from the beginning, but he was very kind and understanding with the situation at hand. He went above and beyond to try to get me the help I needed even after he told me he couldn’t help me the first time he went back and tried again. Brian Price was the supervisor working at the time, and he did not have to go out of his way and go meet his driver to get my live animal to me, but he did! You both are awesome people, thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart!!
