They did not even try to deliver. Said the business was closed. It's a neighborhood with no businesses on the street.

We frequent this location even though it is a 30 minute drive one way because of their hours and they've always been good to us. However recently we had an experience that was uncalled for and honestly ridiculous customer service. We sent some photos for our wedding decorations in. We had the option between our local FedEx and this one. Our local location couldn't do it until the following day. This location was listed as being able to do it the same day, just a few hours later. We chose this location and were given a pick up time of 7:30pm (time was stated on their site and in confirmation email). We arrived a few minutes early and had to stand in a line for about 20 minutes listening to two employees try and figure out a refund in which neither seemed to have a clue about. When it was our turn nobody could find the order. Then one of them says it's not going to be ready until 2:30 the next day and that's what his paper work said. Two employees, a female with short hair and a heavier set guy were raising their voices and telling us that we were wrong. After they had their tantrums the girl began printing the order. She puts it on the counter and tells it we have to wait 5 minutes so she can close out the order because it was forced through "early". We waited another 10 minutes before another guy told us if it was paid for already we could leave. I understand sometimes computers glitch and can mess things up, but I've never heard of a customer service situation where you tell the customer they're wrong and give them an attitude.
