    Said it was open at 10 AM. It’s 11 AM on a Saturday. It’s still not open. No explanation. Other customers lined up and complaining that they haven’t received the right package, but they’re locked out.

    Wouldn't return if you paid me to. Tried to settle out bill and was met with "we don't do that here". Totally understand that, kind of frustrating the 'leader' couldn't be bothered to look up and make eye contact. Young lady with the FedEx polo was kind. Gentleman in the button up and goatee was dismissive and generally rude to a customer attempting to settle up their account. A thousand ways that could've been handled better.

    I don’t know who the supervisor or manager is, but this is a nice and efficient location. I really appreciate the efficiency and level of customer service.

    Tony was incredibly helpful printing business cards for me after I forgot them at home! we were visiting from Michigan and he helped us out with some stellar restaurant recommendations as well.
