- RTRay ThomasNov 7, 20241.0Lazy staff, and the regular driver for pick ups is very rude and would not step 1 foot out of his way to help the customer at all, had plenty of time to stand around shootin the bull with the unhelpful store staff though! From here in out I'll take my business to UPS, it's mostly kids working for tuition money and scholarship money, but I've never been spoke to in the condescending manner the way the fed ex staff at Walmart in Hillview ky spoke to me in.

Prior to going I gave a call just to be sure that they were able to do the service I needed done. The woman that answered the phone told me that they would be able to make copies, but she also informed me that they were having problems getting emails quickly and suggested that I go ahead and email my job prior to coming in so I would have a long wait. By the time I arrived, my email was there, and it took just a couple minutes for her to open it up and print it for me. It cost me a whole $.68. I will use this place again. The clerk was very attentive and quite friendly. She’s a real people pleaser. Thank you FedEx.
