Today, the day of the reschedule I take a WFH day and they fail to deliver the package. I call toward the end of the work day to verify that its still coming today, and they assure me it is. I think waste my evening at home waiting to get the package, and they fail to delivery. Low quality service. ::::UPDATE:::: After reaching out to DHL's customer service team at the request of the responder, I am more upset than I was previously. I took another WFH day today to receive the package, and they are now delivering it outside of business hours when I have other obligations. Truly unreliable and no way to talk to someone who isn't just a customer service wall of uselessness. :::UPDATE::: Package arrived in one piece. Revising my review to a slightly higher star rating because the Driver was super friendly and helpful.

I tried calling them not even an hour after it said it was delivered, because I was hoping maybe the driver can comeback but they decided to disclose the driver's number and just proceed to waiting game and everything which is very frustrating. I can't imagine why It will take them many days to contact the driver and asked where the package is! Also, the driver took a picture of the package inside the van as proof of delivery and not in my house or wherever they delivered it! Sounds so scammmy! There are important things in there that are irreplaceable which is very sad! Just to warn everyone before using this carrier! I attached the picture of the proof of delivery the driver did.
