  FedEx never gets the delivery right, they drop my packages off at different neighbors houses so we have to go find them. Today was unbelievable. They passed the driveway then ran off the road, hitting my neighbor's mailbox, broke the post in half, got out and pulled the mailbox and post out from under the truck, then drove off. Without leaving the package.

  My package was missing for 4 days. I was never able to talk to a live person. The tracking showed delivered and signed for by me. That did not happen. I later found my package in the ditch a half mile from my home. Going forward I will cancel any order scheduled to be shipped by FedEx

  Driver left a super heavy package at the end of the drive-way next to the road. They didn't even bother to pull in and unload it closer to the house. My elderly mother was left to tug it up the drive-way on her own or risk having it damaged or stolen.
