Have been expecting a letter since the 13 of May. Very important. Only one person could answer why ( a gal), the other two gentleman could have cared less. One went as far as to say get it delivered to your house. There's a reason I have a box. The sorter in Danville is down. Perhaps informing employees at the beginning of the day what's happening with the mail might help. Also tried to find name of postmaster for Liberty on line, no luck. Very disappointed with this office. We PAY for a box, I don't think expecting answers to why I haven't had junk mail let alone any mail hasn't made it to my box. Kudos to the gal who went out of her way to get us answers.

Whoever delivers the mail in town, can you pay attention? My mail has been left outside my box at my complex, sensitive information in it. It's rained on and ruined, I can't even read it. Someone could have stolen it. Didn't fix my lock on my box right, had to go back twice. The actual post office is great, the post master is great, but whoever delivers mail in town is not. Something happens so often I'm beginning to wonder if it's personal for some reason or just a lack of care.
