- LLLuisMar 14, 20261.0Went to this location 3/14/26 at 12:20pm and found the door locked. An older lady at the desk yelled at me that it was closed. I told her I thought they closed at 1pm and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "well" ... Had to run to the Beaumont location before it was too late. Totally unprofessional.

So I’m highly disappointed also they are not delivering certain mail… weird

- KGKimberly GreenJan 7, 20262.0Still haven't received mail that was on my informed delivery 2 weeks ago. When I put mail on my mailbox to go out, they don't come by for 1 to 3 days. I've gone to this location and complained multiple times. Nothing changes. Once the supervisor offered to hold our mail there for us to pick up because my check was 2 weeks late coming. From Frankfort to Lexington. And although we have gone in person and told them three times to stop holding the mail, they still are. We haven't received mail in a week.

That said, I haven't had special requests or come in near closing as some of the other reviews have stated. But on a normal day with normal postage needs, it is my preferred location.
