    I used to use the UPS Store regularly. Recently I've switched to the Tates Creek location. The crew at Richmond Road location seem very disinterested and never smile or greet you. At Tates Creek they are so friendly and show appreciation to you as a customer.

    I do not appreciate the way employee Zoe had a nasty attitude and terrible customer service, she definitely doesn’t need to be working with the public, especially when she started throwing a temper tantrum in the store! She needs to be fired!
