The Processing Supervisor, Brent Altman, was extremely rude and condescending after I said something to him about letting me know an additional payment would need to be made to move forward with my payroll after I already went to the bank once. After making a payment to catch my account up, Brent called me again to notify me I needed to pay a fee to get my W2’s processed, I then told him, he could have notified me the previous week we I discussed the back payment with him. He then told me it has taken a month to get ahold of me. But he talked to me the previous week and I reiterated to him he could have still told me about the W2 payment last week to save me a trip. After making the W2 payment, he reached out to me again against my wishes to let him know they would be terminating services. Leah Barnes is who I’ve communicated with in the past and never had an issue.
Edit: If Brent would have explained the policy the way you just did, there would have not been an issue. However, he chose to be rude. And when I set a boundary for him to no longer reach out to me due to how he spoke to me, the issue was not resolved , instead I was terminated from receiving services with the company. That is not good customer service. I was also recommended by my CPA and will share with him how negative this experience was with someone who is supposed to be a “supervisor” with the company.
