- FRFrosted ReaperMar 25, 20261.0I'm so pissed off right now. Was supposed to have my new Internet provider gear delivered over a week ago. The driver drove PAST my location and went back to location. When I check the app, it says delivery updated for the SAME DATE. Ands it still says this! Tried to call down there, but I was told my shipment was on a truck ready for delivery. Worst service ever, I'll never use FedEx of given the choice.
- JCJered CobbMar 17, 20261.0Never seen a company more disorganized than this one. They don’t even know where their packages are. What is the definition of Overnight anyways? Shipped standard overnight on the 14th, says it’s on a vehicle out for delivery on the 17th and randomly in the middle of the day it says it’s back at the FedEx hub and is expected to be delivered on the 19th, but I won’t hold my breath. I might get it eventually. If it were only a once or twice thing, I wouldn’t be mad because things do happen. It is EVERY single delivery though. 10/10 packages I’ve received from FedEx are delayed for one reason or another. FedEx mission statement should be “We over promise and always under deliver.”
