Not only have I had normal mail delivered, another package delivered from another company and groceries delivered. I live on a main road that is regularly used. My road is accessible. There's also a secondary road that is accessible. I am 3 weeks postpartum and have a product coming to help me feed my newborn. My package has been delayed for 5 days do to "weather." What's actually happening? Someone is using the weather as an excuse to not do their job. This is not a product I can just pick up at the store. This is for my newborns wellbeing and I can't even get the office on the phone to figure out how to pick it up. Will never use this delivery service again. I would rather choose another item than deal with this company in the future.
