My package did not go out on delivery a few days so I went down to the Nandino location and a guy name Christopher Haddix was very friendly he took all my information down. He tracked my package down and had it delivered to me the next day. Then called me to make sure it was delivered. It's rare to get that kind of customer service these days

Seeing these positive reviews for Tere in the reviews is WILD. Tere in the Passport office was so rude and disrespectful and basically told me to go home and do it myself. I showed up early for my appointment (ans requested) and was asked to wait since she was running behind, that’s totally fine. She asked if I filled out my application already, and I answered yes. Once she was ready for me she would not let me speak or ask any questions and was very rude about it. Worst experience I’ve ever had, was NOT helpful and so unprofessional. I basically did everything myself, I already had filled out the application, had my photo printed, brought the required documentation and had my check ready she just needed to review and mail it.

The Nandino Post Office in Lexington, KY lost my package. I ordered an item from London, England that got shipped out on 11/18. The package made it to New Jersey on 11/22 and switched was over to the United States Postal Service. The package made it to the Lexington USPS Regional Facility on 11/24. On 11/25, I get a tracking notification stating "package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility." Mind you, the regional facility on Nandino is literally 2 stop lights down from my house. So Thanksgiving comes and goes and no sign of the package. On 12/2, I stopped by the Nandino USPS office to inquire about my package. The postal clerk informs me that the package should have been delivered and if it hadn't, then it is out for delivery. He instructed me to come back if it's not received in 24 hours. On 12/4, I returned to that post office and spoke with the same postal clerk to inform him that I still hadn't received my package. He takes down my tracking number and goes to the back. Five minutes later, he comes back out and tells me that his computer is having issues and instructs me to file a claim on USPS.com. He said, filing a will get a supervisor to look into my missing package. So I go home and attempt to file a claim on the website. I get the notification saying that I'm not able to do so because it's an international package. I go back to the post office for a third time and a young female clerk assisted me. She pulls up the tracking and scan record of my package. She calls another facility to try to see what happened to my package. The package got scanned into one facility for processing and never got scanned again. It didn't get scanned out for delivery. It just disappeared. The female clark said that was very odd. She said every other package in that gaylord all got scanned but my package. She said there's no sign of my package. I asked her how does that happen. She looked at me, took a pause and said I don't know. I told her one of her fellow USPS workers either took it or lost it. She was very apologetic. She gave me the printout of her investigation to submit to get a refund from ebay and to also follow a claim with USPS.... This is why I personally do not use USPS to send important packages. I had experienced this too many times in the early 2000s and I stopped using them. I advise anyone to go with FedEx or UPS before dealing with the USPS.
