  Staff are nice. DO NOT GET A FAX HERE. Save your time and money. I came to this location and spent 30 minutes waiting to get on the phone with the IRS to get a document fax to me and when the document came through completely washed out, the store told me that it was on the IRS’s end. Still charged me $2 bucks. Grrrrrrrr. Bad fax. Bad bad fax!

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Chip with an immense amount of QR code returns. I was feeling overwhelmed before we began, but he made the process seamless and easy. He had a great attitude and made me feel welcome & not rushed! 1000/10 experience today!

  Too bad you cannot leave a zero review. This is possibly the most crooked and ignorant location you may visit. First, had to ship clothes to Son at college 14LB Box to a PO Box at the university, no biggie, not huge box. Counter personnel had to be corrected by supervisor that they could do that when he said they could not, ok, all good. Shipping cost $87 postal priory, very high, but it's my son. Total cost $145.57, they didn't inform me, they added a $58 "handling fee" without informing me, I didn't know until I checked the receipt. Had my son gotten the shipment (KY to Savannah GA) when scheduled on Thursday, I would have said the heck with it. No, they didn't even ship it for 3 days, just held it. Now be Tuesday with the storms and he is cold. Never go to this location, ignorant, servile, and unlike the Beaumont location, love to charge you "Extra Fee", Beaumont doesn't do that. Called them (Beaumont) to inquire if this is normal, they told me (bow) to call corporate about the owner and the "Extra Fee's".
