Today, February 26th, the manager treated employees very poorly, and in a concerning incident, he kicked a door. I ask that you review the security camera footage from today, as it will clearly show what happened. I believe this behavior is completely unacceptable and needs immediate attention. Location is 2321 Sir Barton Way Ste 140 Lexington, KY 40509 United States The Name is JOEY
- MMMegnoliaFeb 11, 20265.0I ordered business cards to be ready same-day, but they weren’t. I didn’t mind waiting an extra day, since I live about 40 minutes from the nearest location. The next day came, I drove to Lexington to shop around while I waited for a confirmation email regarding my order being ready but it never came, so I went to the store to see if it just wasn’t entered in the system as “ready”. Unknowingly, the store was about to close, but the employee at the door was very nice and helpful, explaining the print employee called out and my order was in fact not ready, but he took control and printed and cut my business cards for me even though the store was closing. That meant a lot to me, especially since I live so far away. Thank you! I wish I got his name so I could thank him specifically.
