Today, a long dirty blonde/brown hair dude (didnt see his name tag) refused to help us print over a 100 5x7 cards today. When we asked for help with setting up the print, he refused to help and gave snarky remarks. When we restated our issue he suggested we go home and figure out how to do it online. Absolute trash customer service and as we left, he yelled "have an awesome day" with more snark. Is this what staples does to loyal customers? Won't be back.
