- GLGrace LauzonJan 23, 20261.0Fedex erroneously delivered a very large package to my residence, which was approximately 7 miles way from the correct address. I filed a claim for FedEx to retrieve the package and deliver it to the right recipient, and went more than 10 days without communication assistance. I called all FedEx branches in my town and always got a robot/AI on the phone...never a human. It's impossible to get in touch with an actual person to relay these egregious errors. I ended up contacting the package recipient because their info was printed on the package label; they said they hadn't heard any update re:their missing package on their end, which is even more infuriating. I personally transported their package to their residence shortly after making contact. Thank you for nothing, FedEx.
