I never witnessed more atrocious UNPROFESSIONAL behavior by a person working at USPS. I heard her be SO disrespectful to another customer; bully her, then told the supervisor "DON'T EVEN TALK TO HER". She was degrading her! I was really worked up listening to the emotional abuse, and to know a supervisor witnessed and heard her treat a customer this way.... THAT woman needs to be fired. talking to a customer who was being pleasant and friendly, she was emotionally abusive. I will not enter this post office again after that!
