Im not sure what kind of incompetent drivers they have but something needs to change. And good luck trying to ever get a person on the phone, took 10 minutes just to bypass their AI automated machine. Absolutely ridiculous.

the hateful nasty woman working the front, August 26 during the morning, needs to be removed from this position. I never witnessed more atrocious UNPROFESSIONAL behavior by a person working at USPS. I heard her be SO disrespectful to another customer; bully her, then told the supervisor "DON'T EVEN TALK TO HER". She was degrading her! I was really worked up listening to the emotional abuse, and to know a supervisor witnessed and heard her treat a customer this way.... THAT woman needs to be fired. talking to a customer who was being pleasant and friendly, she was emotionally abusive. I will not enter this post office again after that!
