- SSSunny SinghNov 5, 20251.0Terrible communication throughout the whole process. They kept making excuses about not being able to get a hold of me when I know my phone had been working perfectly. At the end everything had to be rushed because they were so late getting things done.

They used payoff figures provided by me, the seller who has no expertise in these transactions without contacting my lender to verify any payoff amounts PRIOR to the closing. In short, 2 1/2 weeks after closing, I'm notified that the payoff amount I provided was short and I needed to send them $6,900+ so they can pay off the 2nd mortgage. Had they contacted the bank prior to closing as is industry standard, this would not have happened. 360 ats did not provide the buyer clear title to the property at closing which was their primary role. They were a disappointment to say the least. And, the unprofessionalism of the Office Manager was unnecessary. At no point, did they acknowledge their error of not contacting the lender to verify payoff amounts. In comparison to Springfield Title, who handled the purchase of my new home, 360 ats gets a ZERO out of 5 from this dissatisfied seller.
