- CHCurry HaertzenSep 20, 20242.0While this may be partially on the Louisville distribution center as well, I almost never have a package leave or get delivered either to myself or when I ship something, my destination on time. This includes when I pay for priority or even express shipping. During tracking, packages just won't even get scanned at times. When you ask for help at the front of house desk, only one person even seems willing to help in a meaningful way that isn't just saying "look at the tracking." If this were a one off thing, I wouldn't bother leaving a review cause stuff happens, but six of my last seven packages through here have all had complications.
