The people leaving negative reviews simply don’t understand that ALL post offices are subject to certain rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and other intricacies. This post office is clean, and the clerks are always willing to go the extra mile in helping customers. They truly “deliver service with a smile.” The carriers are very efficient on their routes and offer timely mail and parcel delivery. No corners are being cut around here! Cameron is a pleasure to do business with — he’s funny, witty, knowledgeable, charming, charismatic, confident, handsome, intelligent, and an all-around five-star employee and great person. He’s also single! I implore you to visit the Jeffersonville Post Office today — you’ll be glad you did.
- BSBill StewartApr 28, 20221.0A company I ordered a package from didn’t put my PO Box on the package. Lucky I had a tracking number and seen it was at the post office. I asked about it and the girl picks it up and says here it is but it doesn’t have your PO Box on it so if you want it then you have to pay $15. I paid it and filed a complaint. Post master called me today and was very rude. We pay their salaries the least they could do is to be nice.

The rest have been nothing but rude. I never get the mail I am supposed to when it's supposed to come. Not to mention it comes super late. When I call to find out where the mail is they are RUDE. I honestly don't understand why it takes almost a week to get mail from 2 cities over every week, but I can get mail from another state alot sooner. This literally makes NO SENSE!!
