- CCCrypto CrowNov 21, 20181.0Absolutely deplorable. Call to find out what's happening with a package? You can't. You can't talk to anyone. You just spend 20 minutes messing with a horrible automated service that requires your tracking number but wont recognize it when you punch it in or say it multiple times. Seriously, I hate to say it but its time to get rid of the post office for anything but letters and led the big boys handle the packages.
