- LCLydia CNov 17, 20251.0I can't believe how much the USPS does not care about customer satisfaction and their own reputation. Had an issue that customer service online could not solve, so I went to my local USPS, And The Hodgenville supervisor was rude and not understanding and didn't care at all to help satisfy my issue. The USPS really could not get any worse, if they tried.
