- BBBrianJan 15, 20261.0Had a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 5th it did not show up until the 7th of January I contacted USPS phone number customer service phone number to the app, later I was contacted by the postmaster at the hodgenville City Post office he was extremely rude and informing me why I did not call him first and I explained to the man that the phone number was in the app and I have been tracking my package since it was shipped and it completely passed us up and went to Litchfield the man was extremely rude and I don't believe that he should be in a civil service position treating customers like dog crap especially calling us on our personal number and belittling us and talking down to us I would not advise anybody contacting them with any real concerns continue calling customer service hotline those people are the real heroes in the real people who helped they're actually the ones who get the people at the post office to actually call you but I don't expect to be called by the postmaster and basically told it's my fault

Had an issue that customer service online could not solve, so I went to my local USPS, And The Hodgenville supervisor was rude and not understanding and didn't care at all to help satisfy my issue. The USPS really could not get any worse, if they tried.
