- KSKathy SamuelsDec 27, 20251.0Recently I mailed a payment to the bullitt county sheriff. Inside the envelope was the payment, the invoice, and self addressed stamped envelope for a receipt. On Monday the 22nd of December I received a call from the sheriff's office starting that they had received the envelope, with the contents missing. On Saturday the 20th of December I received the return envelope not sealed and nothing in it. On the 24th of December I received the invoice in the mail. Had to pay $33.00 to have the check canceled. Went to the post office to try to find out what happened to the check. The reply I got was sorry they couldn't help me. Funny I got everything returned to me except the check. I think the postal service owes me $33.00 for having to cancel a check that I put in there hands to deliver. Which didn't happen. Also an explanation of what happened to my check. Trying to find someone to talk to is a joke. No wonder the postal service is in the state there in.

Becky was exceptionally helpful to me, and has always been helpful every time I come up. I came in totally exhausted right at opening, and my box of things I was going to ship wasn't even put together. She helped me pack it, was so nice to talk with, and has always been pleasant and helpful every time I come in. I'm really thankful- I had a lot going on at the time and was just such a mess, and she was so nice.
