Even with all the season delays they have gone above and beyond to help find package information and call me to give me updates. Thank you!

If it was possible to give less that one star I definitely would for this location.
I ordered some items that where set to be delivered on a Saturday. On my mailbox is a small sign that askes for any deliveries outside of normal mail to be placed on the back porch, simply 40 feet from my front porch. I spoke with my normal mail carrier on the Friday before to remind her to please place the item on the back porch and she told me she would be off that next Saturday when the package was set to arrive but would make sure the mail carrier bringing it would know what to do. Needless to say it poured down rain on that Saturday and the substitute mail carrier left the package on the front porch in the pouring rain. I captured all of this on camera thx to my surveillance system on my house. It shows him placing my mail into the box, reading the sign and leaving the package on the front porch in the pouring rain. When I got home on that Sunday my items where ruined (they where all electronics) when I tried to call and speak with the people at this branch they where nothing short of rude, hateful, egotistical unapologetic unsympathetic lowest form of live creations. If Google would allow me to use the choice words I'd rather use I definitely would. This location is a horrible place to ever have to interact with and I suggest instead of having to utilize try any other form of shipping possible. These people aren't worth the air they breathe in !!!
