I am only giving 3 stars because the staff is nice and helpful. However, we have so many people who have mail coming to our address. We have called, went down to the post office, and even asked for upper management with no luck. One of the gentlemen who is receiving mail at our house is trespassing and stealing it out of our mailbox and yet still nothing done to stop this. I have drove down to the office TWICE this week from notifications saying I needed to come pick up packages just to find out I have drove down there for nothing and it was going to be a day late due to driver error. Well how many errors am I gonna have to deal with before you guys get it right??? Very discomforting knowing that my personal information is dealt with and time sensitive information because they clearly care about neither.
