I always ship from this post office. I have always been able to get boxes when needed and been able to ship Poshmark using ANY box. The lady working today told me she didn’t have any boxes other than what was in the lobby and what was in the display was old and no longer carried. She also said that Poshmark cannot be sent in any box. I come here because they are open longer than any other post office but maybe they got her from one of the other lack of customer service offices in Ohio. Grrrrrr

I too have had several issues with Jerry. I have even contacted his supervisors and been told his refusal to provide a receipt for prepay packages is NOT company policy and that he would be retrained and I am entitled to a receipt for every transaction there. On the next visit, he did the same dance yet again. Now I go out of my way to avoid using USPS in general.

I felt sorry for "Jerry" at first because he clearly didn't know what he was doing when trying to process a large order. He finally asked that customer to step aside (she told me she'd been there an hour) and he helped those of us in line. My sympathy for him flew out the window when he yelled at me for not just "leaving" my pre-paid packages "anywhere," and then had a fit because one of my labels wasn't taped down properly. I've never had a bad experience with a post office, before; this was quite an eye-opener.
