    My home delivery was significantly late, with zero useful information provided about the delay. The carrier offered no updates, no real tracking details, and refused to give any ETA even though the package was already well past the expected window. When I reached out via the phone number provided in their email, the person on the other end spoke in broken English and couldn't (or wouldn't) provide any meaningful help or explanation. It's frankly inexcusable that in 2026, a delivery carrier has no effective way to communicate with drivers—whether through electronic logs (e-logs), hands-free devices, GPS tracking, or basic real-time updates. Customers deserve transparency and basic accountability, especially when paying for a service that promises reliable home delivery.

    My experience with AIT Worldwide Logistics was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I had two pieces of exercise equipment delivered as part of the same order, yet they arrived on two different days as separate shipments. I paid extra for the haul-away of my old equipment. During the first delivery, the crew said they could not figure out how to disassemble my old treadmill and told me the second delivery team would handle it. This was surprising to the second delivery team, and they were not well prepared to handle the haul away. The second delivery was rescheduled three separate times. When it finally occurred, the delivery personnel damaged my walls and carpet while bringing the equipment inside. To make matters worse, the day after delivery a police officer showed up at my home asking about the shipment because the delivery boxes were found dumped along the side of the road not far from my house. AIT’s tracking system is essentially unusable, customer service was unhelpful and difficult to reach, and the company repeatedly failed to meet its commitments. I would not recommend AIT Worldwide Logistics to anyone expecting reliable service or basic care for their home and belongings.

    If you love customer service that never answers the phone and a tracking system that feels like it was designed as a prank, look no further—this is the shipping company for you! Does anyone actually work here? I’ve called at least 15 times and left numerous messages, yet I’ve never once reached a real person—only the machine. The one time I did get a call back, it was simply to explain where my shipment was, but since then I’ve called at least 5 more times with no response. Even when I call during regular business hours, the system tells me I’m calling after hours. I’m still waiting to hear back on when they can deliver my TV. After spending this much money, it’s beyond frustrating for the shipment to feel elusive and untraceable. Customers deserve better communication and reliability. Avoid at all costs if you can—and if not, bless your heart and may the odds be ever in your favor.
