- SCShanna ConleyAug 16, 20251.0More than half the time I have to make a special trip into Hartford just to pick up a package. The rest of the time they actually deliver the packages to my house. When I do pick them up most are cold and only respond to direct questions if at all. And any package they can actually stuff into the mailbox is crammed into it with no regard to if its breakable.

On multiple occasions when picking up packages, I've been met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Despite greeting them politely upon arrival, I've consistently received attitude and poor service. Each visit presents a new issue, making package retrieval unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. I hope management will address the customer service issues at this location.
