Packages "get lost" or or we'll get a notification that resident "refused delivery" even though we weren't even home to accept/refuse anything. Once a package and mail was left in the middle of our gravel driveway 50' from our door.(That's no lie!) It's to the point that we think twice before we order online items. If it's a Saturday and we see tracking info that a package was delivered we are doubtful we'll get it. Pitiful. 3⭐s is generous. Note: Regular carriers are great!
- CRCassie ReddenDec 1, 20231.0Put in a mailbox so we could start getting mail, following all of the requirements on the website, we were then left a note saying we can start delivery, but it will need to be moved to the other side of the road, which we will not be doing with it in 80lbs cement and nobody telling us, prior to us calling and explaining that we were putting one in, a heads up prior would have been nice. Then the mail lady stopped by and said it needed to be move across the road, which we explained that it is cemented in the ground, it’s not happening. She came back later that day and said she got her supervisor to approve it for us and we were beyond thankful. She came back again today, leaving a video message that it actually needs to be moved to the other side of the road, after telling us two days prior it is accepted and fine where it’s at. Absolutely terrible service. It’s one thing to just say no up front, but to go out of your way to tell us it’s fine and then get it disapproved again is terrible service.

They have a needed package of mine TODAY for sure, they lied to Amazon and said there was a delivery issue. I found this about half an hour later. The only issue is our delivery person. We saw you speed by! WHAT is your problem?! Did we DO something to you? 09/07/2020 Past Cornishville on Cornishville Road in the afternoon. Why couldn't you stop and hand us our package? We were only a few yards away from you. Then when I try to use the Amazon 1-800 number it's a complete run around with no way to get to "complaint", or "delivery person skipped us", or anything that may actually happen. Nor could I actually contact anyone. By the time I went all thru that and tried to contact the local PO itself, it was after 4PM. Thanx, delivery person, for speeding right by us on "the stretch", WITH the stool I need to avoid pain in the shower. :(
