Packages "get lost" or or we'll get a notification that resident "refused delivery" even though we weren't even home to accept/refuse anything. Once a package and mail was left in the middle of our gravel driveway 50' from our door.(That's no lie!) It's to the point that we think twice before we order online items. If it's a Saturday and we see tracking info that a package was delivered we are doubtful we'll get it. Pitiful. 3⭐s is generous. Note: Regular carriers are great!

It's 340pm in the afternoon and left post office at 615am this morning. Why does it take 12 hrs to deliver main in a small town. Very dissatisfied.
