Both times, including today, the phone was answered by a pleasant woman who took the time to help me. And I know how busy our postal workers are right now, so I really appreciated her efforts.

When I checked the mail, there was a notice stating no one was home, and I needed to pick up package from main office. The front door was open, and I watched them. They never pulled in drive-way. They wonder why people use UPS and FedX. This is the main reason. This morning I checked the tracking number for an item expected today.... Stated at 7:50 am that there was no secure location to leave package, a notice was left.... THEY DON'T EVEN DELIVER THAT EARLY! Figure that one out.
