There was 3 different people's mail in my box today,with different addresses, but not mine. Says my $42 book was delivered today but it's not here. I will be going to Post Office tomorrow because my book better appear somewhere tomorrow . This has been going on for about 2 years and is time to be held accountable. Had to have a check reissued 3 times before we actually got it in the mail. Greensburg USPS you need to get people that are gonna work and not just throw your mail in any random box, the last 2 mail carriers have been sorry. Tracked it and said it was delivered in or around the box around 12:30. I'd like to know whose box!
- KGKim GraysonJun 9, 20221.0This PO admitted -AFTER- I complained to the USPS, that they put the wrong address on my package, which cost me $16.35. And then they blamed ME for it, saying I confirmed the address. I did not. I was never shown an address screen. Simply not true. They first said they could not remail it. So days later, after I returned some of the items, they claimed they could remail it. Do not take your packages here. Use UPS or the Campbellsville facility. This post office can't admit when they are wrong and they won't refund your wasted money. That is all I wanted.
