- DGDavid Gibson3 days ago1.0Almost always terrible/nonexistent service when receiving packages! Today for example, I had to drop what i was doing and go get my package from the post office because the driver couldn't be bothered to actually use their eyes to verify the address/box plainly posted on the building instead trying to return a fragile item to the sender! I have had to switch my medication shipment to the post office because of consistently unreliable home delivery as well! What's the point of shipping through USPS if the items aren't going to actually be delivered, isn't that the whole point!!!???

I received a notice that my packages could not be delivered because my mailbox was full. Of course two cases of juice would not fit in there even if mail had been delivered, which it hadn't been. The packages arrived in their facility not by magic, but were DELIVERED, so yes, they are deliverable. If I can pick them up at the facility and take them to my home, then YES they can be DELIVERED. A few times the notice stated they couldn't access my mailbox when it's on the main road. These people DO get PAID to deliver mail AND PACKAGES, do they not?! If she's in the driveway blowing the horn and I don't hear her, she will leave with the package. It's beyond ridiculous.
