- CPCindy PetrieMar 17, 20265.0Our Gravel Switch Post Office is an important link for our small business. We visit our Postmaster Lisa several times a week. Lisa provides professional assistance in shipping and receiving. I can't imagine being forced to take our postal needs 13 miles away!

Postmaster LISA is always there to help me with all my post office needs. If I have a problem Lisa has the answer. The Gravel Switch post office isn’t just a place to drop packages it is a place to keep in touch with our small community . If for some reason the post office was not here I at 77 would have to drive to Lebanon or Danville which would cost me more in gas , time and a break in my contract with the Gravel Switch community. I am also thinking of renting a box there so I can get my mail early. Please pat Lisa on the back as she keeps us all connected.

She was able to answer all my questions regarding my mail and loads of information about Gravel Switch which helped me so much being new to the area. She has continued her amazing customer service. The post office is a vital service to the Gravel Switch community.

It's just too bad this is a limited service rural post office because the rural residents in this area depend on Lisa's service and it's disappointing when there are unscheduled closings because USPS sends Lisa to another location and leave us hanging sometimes without notice or recourse. USPS needs to treat our postmaster better and give her the respect and consideration she always gives to her customers.
