She was able to answer all my questions regarding my mail and loads of information about Gravel Switch which helped me so much being new to the area. She has continued her amazing customer service. The post office is a vital service to the Gravel Switch community.

It's just too bad this is a limited service rural post office because the rural residents in this area depend on Lisa's service and it's disappointing when there are unscheduled closings because USPS sends Lisa to another location and leave us hanging sometimes without notice or recourse. USPS needs to treat our postmaster better and give her the respect and consideration she always gives to her customers.

She is always very knowledgeable, and is always going that extra mile for any questions, or customer service. She is super friendly, and she really cares about helping people. To her it isn't just a job, it is how she is in her life. She gives 1000 percent with everything she does. In the many years that I have dealt with her, I could not ask for a better person. She makes the place work efficiently and smoothly. She takes the time to make sure everything is done right.
